My name is Stanley. I have been to Mexicali more than 10 times throughout the years. I got to know some local friends like 世昌. And most of our missions program are for the kids that grow up there. Those were memorable experience to teach them bible stories, play games and singing together.

 

For couple of times, we got to listen to sermon made by Pastor Karlson. During that time, Karlson was physically weak as he had been undergoing treatment. But he was still serving in the Mexicali church relentlessly. He was living out the faith as God's faithful servant, with his very weak body. 

 

C-Mo Fanny is our closest team-mate. She took care of the different needs from STM team. Amid all the difficulties in taking care of family and building ministry, she was optimistic and very hospitable. She is another model for the STM team. 

 

Mexicali may be a "hard-soil" for the seeds of gospel, but Karlson and Fanny have been faithful workers in the field.
